PROGRAM DIRECTOR (FEDERAL)

Bryn Neil is recruiting for a Program Director in Denver, CO. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a fast-growing team delivering high level technical solutions across multiple cleared government programs.

This is a highly visible role both externally to our client base, and internally to our executive leadership and engineering team. You will report directly to our SVP Programs & CTO and will work closely with our Sr. Engineering Team Director to ensure we execute on our current programs, provide guidance and mentorship to our engineers across the full systems delivery lifecycle, and forge relationships with both existing and new clients to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·        Deputy leadership of our Federal Division within Colorado

·        Programmatic support across our portfolio of Federal programs

·        Management of our engineering team

·        Growing our Federal business through further extending our reach at current clients utilizing existing business relationships; and, securing new clients, markets & business relationships through new business capture

·        Understanding and qualifying clients’ program and corresponding engineering resource needs and translating those to technical delivery opportunities for Bryn Neil

·        Working hand in hand with our Engineering and Sales Teams to provide our clients with optimal engineering solutions pursuant to those opportunities

Job Requirements:

·        Broad based technical background in Aerospace, Software or Systems Engineering

·        Senior level leadership experience (Program Manager, Chief Engineer, Project Engineer) at a prime contractor delivering on highly technical and complex government programs

·        Ability to provide high level engineering support for concept development and sales activities

·        Experience managing and leading engineering teams

·        Experience with DoD acquisition and contracting process

·        Experience with program capture including shaping opportunities, teaming and proposal writing (cost & tech volumes)

·        Active TS/SCI clearance
