Short Description

The Program Coordinator role is critical to the smooth operation and ongoing development of our Pediatric Mental Health Training Program. This position manages day to day logistics, orders key supplies, and assists with data collection. Their work contributes to the program's success by ensuring the program delivers high-quality training opportunities for medical and mental health professionals and that it meets the obligations of the grant.

Assist in the direction, planning and management of the Pediatric Mental Health Training Program

Assisting with planning, promotion, and execution of regional training programs

Organize, coordinate, and record didactics (educational lectures) for trainees under the grant

Create online library of recorded didactics, regional training programs, and pediatric academy seminars

Order necessary supplies and equipment

Assist with data collection and reporting on key programs under the grant

Conduct research on national best practices for training programs and strategies for implementation

Assist with technology needs as necessary including audio visual set up for events, didactics, and grand rounds

Manage special projects including development of new programs under the grant

Escalate operational, provider, and other critical matters to the Program Manager and Psychiatry Department leadership
