Production Artist (FREELANCE )

Description

The Production Artist is responsible for preparing and managing complex print files and ensuring that all print production processes adhere to the highest standards of quality. This role requires expertise in printing techniques and processes, as well as a strong ability to collaborate with various teams to meet project objectives and deadlines. Understanding pharmaceutical marketing is also a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage complex print files for various print production projects
• Ensure all print production processes meet high-quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines
• Collaborate with creative, account, and strategy teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Develop and maintain production project plans and schedules, ensuring timely completion
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to print production processes
• Continuously improve skills related to print production and project management
• Maintain relationships with vendors and manage production budgets

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related experience
• 5 years of experience in print production preferred
• Proven experience managing complex print files and projects
  
  

Physical Requirements

This remote role demands extended periods of sitting, frequent computer use, and the ability to participate in virtual meetings requiring clear speech and hearing. Candidates must manage a quiet, ergonomic workspace with reliable internet access
