Responsible for dental insurance claim collections, follow-up and appeals activities.

Requirements

1 year in Dental field or Health Care

In Office Role ONLY

M-F (8-5)

Summary

• Responsible for timely processing of payments on behalf of our insurance carriers.
• Internal departmental training for the role will be provided along with continued support from management and tenured peers
  
  

Responsibilities

• Successfully post a minimum of $100,000 in total payments daily
• Use all tools and resources available to maintain minimal errors
• Required OT and occasional Saturdays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Research and respond to internal departmental requests
• Previous data entry experience or accounting experience required
