Duration: 12 month contract with high possibility of extensions
Compensation: $85-90 hourly w2
Our industry-leading client is looking for an Organizational Change Manager to help design, implement, maintain and update standards, processes and tools for the Business Project Management Office. You will be responsible for leading and ensuring overall compliance with the entire Change Management lifecycle ensuring changes are recorded, assessed, evaluated, authorized and coordinated. The ideal candidate will have the ability to design and execute measurements to evaluate solution effectiveness and adjust as needed.

Qualifications for the Organizational Change Manager:
Strong Change Management background that has worked in fast pace, deadline driven environment
Financial industry experience
Experience with Dodd Frank/Section 1071
Expertise ensuring that compliance with Change Standards is effectively communicated to all BPMO and Project associates
Strong ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with key leaders and influence at all levels in the organization
Strong ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and generate solutions
Creating reporting metrics and communicating appropriately. Metrics will include KPIs, output metrics, workload metrics, and process metrics
Excellent communications, writing and editing skills
Has worked on large Technology change management initiatives
