The Chief Project Officer is directly accountable for the successful delivery of the Program, and may be an individual leader, or a leader plus their specific support team.
The candidate should possess a master’s degree in computing science, business administration, information systems, or a related field,
fifteen (15) years of recent experience in complex HCMS/ERP application environments, including at least ten (10) years of leadership experience.
Formal project management training, preferably PMP Certification, is required; experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
