Growth Marketing Analyst

Our client is looking for an extremely smart and analytical person to join their DTC health/wellness/tech company. Ideally, they want someone from a performance/growth marketing agency who has experience with direct response (DR) clients and who wants an opportunity to learn podcast.

There is a HUGE career upside to this role. Once fully trained on the campaign side, you can own the $10MM podcast side of the business.

This is a priority hire, and they hope to fill this role by July!

Marketing Analyst Role:

• Reporting and optimization of paid partnerships (influencer and podcast)
• Track placements and post-campaign analysis
• Identify/Recommend top-performing partners who will elevate into the core workflow
• Assist the Head of Growth in expanding new partnerships by identifying, onboarding, and setting partners up for long-term success
• Contribute test planning

Qualifications Needed:

• Highly prefer someone in the office in NYC 4-5 days a week, but open to looking outside of NY
• 2 years of analytical experience with a DR/growth focus (not looking for brand experience)
• Experience leveraging large amounts of data to drive decisions
• Comfortable testing and optimizing
• You DO NOT need to have any experience with podcasts or influencer campaigns

Total compensation includes:

• Base pay $80k - $100k
• Equity
