The Role

Vizcom is hiring our first Finance Manager! This person will play a critical role in setting up the core rhythms of Vizcom’s operations and ensuring that we’re building an efficient and scalable business.

How You’ll Do It

• Develop, implement, and manage Vizcom’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Create and maintain financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Develop and implement financial policies and processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
• Manage the relationship with our outsourced accounting partner, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Prepare and present regular financial reports for leadership and investors
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and scalability of the business
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support to various teams as needed
• Build and manage a finance team as Vizcom grows
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 5 years of experience in financial management, planning, and analysis
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS metrics and industry standards
• Excellent knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and other financial management tools
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
• Experience working remotely and/or in a startup environment

Compensation

Base salary for this role begins at $120K. Final compensation is determined based on multiple factors, including experience, location, and other business considerations. This role is eligible for equity.
