Electrical Foreman

Requirements for this role are:

1. Valid Idaho Journeyman or Masters Electrical License.
2. Valid Drivers License with clean driving record.
3. Extensive electrical code knowledge is required.
4. Experience running large multifamily residential projects.
5. Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and provide solutions.
6. Capable of scheduling manpower to accommodate the General contractor's schedule.
7. Attend on-site project meetings with the General Contractor and interact with on-site GC foremen with professionalism. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors.
8. Keep daily logs.
9. Conduct daily toolbox talks.
10. Manage time cards and deliver them to the payroll department promptly.
11. Day-to-day management of electricians on-site, direct workflow.
12. QC electrical installations.
13. Able to digitally and paper read all plan sets, drawings, and electrical plans.
14. Handle materials, ordering, PO system in place, take deliveries, and distribute on job site.
15. Safe work habits, OSHA 10 and 40
16. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
17. Have all required tools for performing electrical work.
18. Maintain and track company-provided tools and rental equipment.
19. Punctual.
20. Great communication skills, read, write, and speak English fluently.
21. Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift as required by job duties.
22. Detail orientated.
