Required immediately, FLOFORM is seeking a Project Coordinator (Residential) to service Boise, ID.
Desired Skills & Experience
High School Diploma with 2 years customer service experience with experience in similar industry
A background in interior design considered an asset
1-2 years estimating blue print, and completing measurements
Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office products and ability to learn other software programs
Valid driver’s license and a clear criminal record check
Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail
Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and respect
Effective verbal communication skills
Basic mathematical skills
Ability to solve problems as they arise
Duties And Responsibilities
Proactivecustomerservicefrom start to finish, and beyond
Completingin home sales consultations appointments as set by the local branch
Conducting on average 10 sales calls per week. Calls are regularly scheduled in the evenings andonSaturdays,when our customers are at home.
Followingour prescribed and proven sales approach
Educatingcustomer thoroughly about FLOFORM products, installation process, product care, and warranty information
Assistingcustomersin the selecting ofproduct/color/material
Takingmeasurements and providingaccurate, prompt price quote to homeowner
Respondingto customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating activities with other departments as necessary; escalatingcomplaints to supervisor as required
Communicatingwiththesupport team to ensure smooth transition from order placement to product installation
Actively seekingopportunities to network and build relationships to promote business relationships
