Purpose Of Position
The purpose of this position is to support IU13 Community Education customers in becoming economically, culturally and linguistically integrated in the community by assessing their needs, making referrals, and helping them to navigate governmental and educational systems, and to orient new adult education students and provide ongoing support and instruction to learners in Lancaster and Lebanon counties.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, background in education, social work, or related field preferred. Must have strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Bilingual skills in Spanish or Haitian Creole preferred.
