Get to Know This Role

The Brewery Support Supervisor leads the team responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the brewery and restaurants to the highest standard of quality. Reporting to the Brewery Support Manager, the Brewery Support Supervisor coordinates facility wide housekeeping and sanitation duties to ensure the facility is orderly and hygienic. This is a position that will be assigned to all areas of the brewery.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and perform small to large cleaning tasks
  • Effectively manage Master Sanitation Schedule and implement changes or updates as needed
  • Perform coaching, training, and leadership communications in a one-on-one setting
  • Perform behavior-based safety and LOTOTO observations
  • Lead shift meetings, participate in new hire interviews, and participate in other administrative leadership group activities
  • Audit and maintain inventory levels of cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Maintains and audits team timekeeping records
  • Develops, implements, and maintains standard work for the department, i.e.: Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
  • Completes minor maintenance of cleaning equipment


Please Apply if You Have

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3 years janitorial, sanitation, manufacturing or other related fields required
  • 1 year Supervisory experience required
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Organized & capable of developing systems and routines
  • Ability to get work done through others while working autonomously on other projects
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to help diagnose, decide on, and solve problems
  • Capable of leading through ambiguity
  • Ability to solve problems and develop solutions when faced with complex situations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understands chemistry of cleaning and chemical safety
  • Ability to interpret and communicate data driven sanitation programs
  • Bloodborne Pathagon (BBP) within 30 Days required
  • Forklift Certification within 60 Days required
  • Boom Lift Certification within 90 Days required
  • Lock Out Tag Out Certification within 90 Days required
  • Scissor Lift Certification within 90 Days required


Additional Requirements To Consider Before Applying
