Apprentice Travel Coordinator (Remote)

Full time, United States

The Apprentice Travel Coordinator experiences several on-the-job training experiences by rotating through many different departments, receiving training on the work within the department, and performing the work. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, the apprentice is prepared to begin work in one of many different roles.

As an Apprentice Travel Coordinator, you will

  • Attend all training programs for skills and theory that are provided for the apprenticeship
  • Complete designated training and development opportunities
  • Rotate through departments/tasks according to the apprenticeship program outline
  • Under guidance, perform the duties learned during training
  • Work to understand how each position and department supports the organization
  • Consistently follow BCD Travel media and entertainment call/email guidelines
  • Demonstrate willingness to contribute to the team and participate in group actions and activities
  • Apply proper BCD Travel communication guidelines and standards (clear, concise, and personal) to interactions

About You

  • High School or equivalent education
  • Interest in learning the travel media and entertainment industry
  • Ability to study and work independently
  • Strong working knowledge of the Internet
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
