Job Title: Application Support Specialist - Fieldglass

Job Duration: 6 Months on W2 with potential to Hire

Location: S. Paul, MN 55102

Job Description:

Level 1 support for Managers, Contractors, HR for Fieldglass issues via support distribution list.

Day-to-day communication, coordination with end-users including managers.

Resolve worker access issues.

Review daily integration errors and fix worker records when needed.

Monitor and resolve data quality issues.

Contractor to FTE conversions.

Trigger resp code updates.

OCR submission for new respcode/location code combinations.

Support of Supplier Diversity program.

Monitor of contract interface and resolve issues as necessary.

SAP Fieldglass experience preferred.
