Our core business, iStudio, is the largest Apple Premium Reseller in Singapore with multiple retail stores located throughout the country, including stores in the Departure area of Singapore Changi Airport. We offer tax-free Apple products for international travelers at Changi Airport. In addition to iStudio, we also have tech lifestyle stores under the EpiCentre brand, offering a range of brands including Samsung, Huawei, and Microsoft. Our vision is to be internationally recognized as a preferred retailer for consumers, brand owners, and employees.

Job Responsibilities:

• Introducing and selling of Apple and 3rd party products to customers

• Provide basic product troubleshooting and advice to customers

• Providing excellent service to our customers

• Maintaining adequate inventory in store

• Ensure overall cleanliness of store and storeroom

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O/N levels, preferably with 1 year of I.T. sales experience

• Applicants with no prior sales experience are also welcomed as training will be provided

• Possess knowledge of Apple products/software or related I.T. products

• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly and confident personality

• Team player

• Customer focused mindset

• Dark brown or black hair (Tidy and neat)

• No nail colours, neat and short

• At least black covered shoes
