Job Description

Experience - 4-9 years

Location - Bangalore

Must Have

  • Minimum Relevant Experience: 4 years

Role and responsibility

  • Must have offline Retail Experience, content development, stakeholder management, Retail training exposure
  • Should be able to train ground staff emp such as Delivery boys, store employees, warehouse staff.
  • Train the trainer experience
  • Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
  • Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan
  • Deploying a wide variety of training methods

Must be able to come for face to face interview

PAN India travelling
