Be the subject matter expert in all Talent to Value Management topics including Potential Assessment, Development Planning and Succession Planning
Provide global guidance for Succession Management Process incl. Key Talent Development, Talent Pool Reviews
Prepare Key Talent Reviews for Top Management roles
Enable & consult different international stakeholders, e.g. Executives, HR Business partners, in process and system-related questions
Steer training sessions and moderate workshops for global target groups
Create presentation templates, reports and communication & enablement material
Develop a Key Talent & Succession KPI Dashboard, analyze data for process steering and success tracking
Your skills and strenghts
Successful completion of advanced studies in Economics, Business Administration or Psychology with focus on Human Resources Management
Multiple years of professional experience in Talent Management within global large-scale organizations
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in designing, implementing, and managing Talent Development processes, especially concerning Potential Management, Talent Reviews and Succession Planning
Proven track record in steering global HR projects
Strategic mindset combined with strong analytical, methodological and conceptual skills
Strong communication skills (spoken and written) and high sensitivity in dealing with various stakeholders
Quick comprehension combined with an independent, precise, and very structured way of working
Excellent Microsoft 365 skills, especially within PowerPoint and Excel
In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (especially within the module Succession & Development)
