Position Overview: As a Researcher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing accurate and comprehensive information on potential leads. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough research, utilizing various methods to gather valuable insights that empower the sales team in their pursuit of successful transactions.

Lead Identification:
Utilize market intelligence tools and databases to identify potential leads for commercial real estate transactions.
Conduct in-depth research to uncover new opportunities and markets for business development.
Due Diligence:
Perform meticulous due diligence on identified leads to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information.
Analyze market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide a comprehensive overview.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Gather, organize, and analyze data related to potential leads, ensuring data integrity and relevance.
Provide detailed reports on market conditions, property assessments, and other relevant factors.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
Work closely with the sales team to understand their specific needs and requirements for successful client engagement.
Communicate findings effectively to contribute to the development of targeted sales strategies.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to enhance research methodologies.
Implement feedback loops to continuously refine and improve the quality and efficiency of research processes.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research activities.
Prepare and present clear and concise reports to assist the sales team in making informed decisions.
Qualifications:
Excellent research skills, including the ability to gather information from diverse sources and conduct thorough due diligence.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey research findings clearly and concisely.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and objectives.
Adaptability to changing priorities and the dynamic nature of the real estate market.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple research projects concurrently.
Previous experience with commercial real estate, research, market assessments, business, real estate, and finance is a plus.
Commitment to continuous improvement and a willingness to incorporate feedback to enhance research processes.
Fluent in English and Spanish.

8 AM - 5 pm
