Position Overview: We are seeking a highly strategic and dynamic finance professional to join our team as VP, Finance & Controller. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is pivotal in driving financial planning and analysis, leading special projects, and shaping the future of our finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transformational Financial Leadership:
• Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis: Enhance financial planning and analysis processes to align with strategic goals and drive optimal business performance.
• Accounting: Ensure accurate and timely financial information, maintain internal controls, prepare corporate budgets, analyze variances, and review financial projections.
• Operational Excellence: Lead continuous improvement efforts to streamline finance operations and enhance efficiency.
• Special Projects: Manage high-impact projects that drive the strategic direction of the finance function.
• Strategic Partnership & Decision Support:
• Trusted CFO Partner: Act as a key advisor to the CFO, providing critical insights and support for strategic decision-making.
• Business Performance Management: Develop frameworks to track and analyze financial and non-financial performance metrics, enabling informed decisions.
• Strategic Thinking: Use data to anticipate future business conditions and develop strategies for long-term success.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive Experience: Over 8 years of core finance experience, including significant experience in financial business partnering.
• Public Accounting: Prior experience in public accounting is preferred.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong strategic and analytical skills with a deep understanding of commercial finance.
• Leadership Excellence: Proven track record in leadership, relationship building, and influencing skills.
• Financial Expertise: Strong capabilities in Commercial Finance, FP&A, and financial controls.
• Talent Development: Success in inspiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
