Scheduler - Construction

Engtal is partnered with a mid-sized GC looking for a leader on their scheduling & planning team.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software such as Primavera, Bluebeam, and HeavyBid

- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate scheduling and coordination of activities

- Analyze project plans, specifications, and contract documents to identify critical milestones and key deliverables

- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues that may impact the schedule

- Coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure timely completion of projects

- Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review schedule updates and address any concerns or changes

- Provide guidance and support to junior schedulers in creating and maintaining project schedules

- Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field

- Proven experience as a Scheduler in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques, methodologies, and software tools

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Solid understanding of construction estimating, project coordination, and contract management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
