Position Description

Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Work Location: OBGYN, Maternal Fetal Medicine Clinic, Women and Infants Center

To provide and manage patient care in a clinical area for specific age and patient populations. To deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation; effectively interacts with patient, significant others and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.

Position Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Associate's degree in Nursing and one (1) year of clinical nursing experience required. Leadership/ management skills and experience in clinical specialty preferred. Work experience may not substitute for education requirement.

Preferred: Leadership/management skills and experience in clinical specialty and ambulatory setting preferred.

License, Certification And/Or Registration

Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing required. Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of employment.
