Job Description

As a Risk and Compliance Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization adheres to regulatory requirements, mitigates risks, and maintains a strong compliance framework. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to drive effective risk management and compliance initiatives. Here are the key responsibilities:

  • Collaboration and Goal Alignment:
    • Work closely with team members and stakeholders to understand defined work problems, program goals, and deliverables.
    • Translate stakeholders’ needs into clear goals and deliverables, contributing to prioritization decisions.
  • Project Scope Definition and Execution:
    • Define project scopes and develop comprehensive project plans for supported programs.
    • Execute and manage projects related to risk and compliance activities, including statutory risk assessments, regulatory requests, and control testing.
  • Risk and Compliance Oversight:
    • Support risk and compliance-related activities, ensuring adherence to industry rules, regulations, and internal policies.
    • Monitor and report on compliance issues, conduct internal audits, and recommend corrective actions.
    • Act as a subject matter expert for Integrity, bridging the gap between GRC, Legal, Regulatory Offices, and business teams.
  • Infrastructure and Framework Development:
    • Develop and monitor risk and compliance infrastructure, including XFN operating models, risk registers, and transparency report guidelines.
    • Stay informed about regulatory changes and translate them into actionable project work.
  • Metrics and Continuous Improvement:
    • Review and monitor key program metrics, identifying critical deviations and defining corrective actions.
    • Establish best practices, standardized frameworks, and tools across programs and projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
    • Maintain deep knowledge ofproducts, policies, and Integrity functions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with global cross-functional partners.
    • Establish streamlined communication models to ensure cross-functional alignment.
