The Retail Associate (Warehouse) will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, organizing and retrieving stock as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Welcome and receive incoming shipments.
Unload delivery truck (only receive shipments to Merchandise department)
Organize and keep count of total box count per delivery.
Separate Purchase Orders for easier processing
Document all shipments in the Inbound Log
Determine Purchase orders, and update information accordingly in the inventory system.
Verify quantities purchased vs quantities shipped, Tag and label the product.
Distribute merchandise to appropriate locations, shelved up back stock.
Operate warehouse equipment such as, Dollies, pallet jacks, etc.
Game day duties such as:
Pick merchandise to fulfill sales the previous night.
Deliver and help set up as needed.
Turn in paperwork in time so transfers are posted before we open for business.
Box runs, trash runs, more merchandise runs.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Basic Requirements/Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or its equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years of warehouse operation experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communicating skills
Comfortable using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts. etc.
Satisfactory driving record
Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel
Counterpoint software experience is a plus
Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
