We’re Impact Rentals.

We're seeking a full-time Rental Coordinator to join our team and efficiently manage the day-to-day operations at Impact Rentals. This role involves interacting with customers and various departments within our company.

The Rental Coordinator will communicate with customers via phone and email, dispatch drivers for delivery and pickup of Impact's fleet, create contracts, control inventory, and generate reports. This is a full-time, W2 position located at our Buford office, with additional locations around metro Atlanta (Buford and Decatur), Athens, and Greenville, South Carolina. The role requires daily in-office presence at the Buford location.

Position Scope & Responsibilities

  • Create daily dispatch and effectively communicate dispatch to Impact drivers, including delivery, pickup, and transfer of the rental fleet.
  • Communicate with customers via telephone, email, and other methods.
  • Accurately create rental contracts, ensuring correct customer details, equipment, rates, contract dates, and purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with service, sales, and logistics departments to facilitate efficient equipment scheduling.
  • Control and reconcile inventory, including physical equipment and various attachments.
  • Learn and understand different equipment models, attachments, and applications.
  • Use industry-specific computer software proficiently.
  • Make outbound calls to customers provided by sales staff and management.
  • Open new accounts via outbound or inbound customer calls.
  • Generate various reports, including Overdue Contract Report, Overdue Pickup Report, Unsigned Contract Report, and Documents Due to Invoice.
  • Promote the Vision, Mission, and Values of Impact.
  • Maintain positive interactions with customers, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Sense of urgency with a strong desire to serve.
  • Ability to promote the Vision, Mission, and Values of Impact.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Must be able to move around the office, retrieve files, and operate office equipment.
  • Must be able to operate a computer and landline phone efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $48,000 - $58,000 per year, based on experience.
