Armanino is looking for a highly driven, outgoing and competitive Relationship Manager to join our New York City team. This visible role will work closely with Armanino’s New York leadership team including the Partner-In Charge, Regional Leadership, the Armanino Growth Office, and various leads within Consulting, Trust, Tax and Business Management practices to develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market lead generation and overall growth strategy.
Job Responsibilities
Grow all existing lines of Armanino business (Consulting, Trust, Tax, Business Management) in the New York Market
Build working relationships across various Armanino strategic industries including technology and emerging growth, real estate, manufacturing & distribution, high net worth individuals, healthcare, private equity firms and nonprofits
Leverage and strengthen current circle of influence to develop new opportunities for potential relationships with Armanino
Build deep working relationships with Armanino SME’s (Subject Matter Experts) to leverage expertise and develop strong go to market strategy; collaborate with Armanino’s leadership team in New York to maintain positive, productive relationships
Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation with the goal of building relationships, setting meetings that lead to potential Sales Qualified Leads for Armanino
Develop deep understanding of Armanino service offerings and case studies for above mentioned industries
Identify and attend New York City associations, industry groups, referral sources, networking groups, etc. that will generate Sales Qualified Leads to Armanino
Demonstrate resourcefulness in connecting with new customers and showing diligence with follow up communications
Add significant influence in the close of new Armanino business
Requirements
Passionate about the prospect of networking and building deep relationships
Results oriented and unafraid to tackle the most complex, ambiguous problems
Committed, tenacious and leads focused
Additional desired qualifications include:
Well networked in the New York City area
Successful lead generation sourcing strategies to reach the decision makers
Skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Microsoft CRM required
Strategically-minded with excellent problem-solving skills
High business ethics, team player yet also thrives autonomously
Preferred Qualifications
Public Accounting experience is a plus but not required
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university is preferred

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. Compensation Range for this position: $90,000-$110,000 plus generous commission pacakage. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
