About Our Opportunity
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator to work in the Philadelphia Corporate office. The Quality Assurance Administrator will support laboratory testing organization, creating monthly reports, and carrying out other general support duties within the Quality Assurance Department.
Responsibilities
Complete administrative tasks, including document management and routine correspondence.
Monitor and analyze test costs, prepare monthly spending reports.
Review correspondence to ensure testing deadlines are met with accuracy and efficiency.
Support National Account and Licensing Managers on requests for testing documents or other product data reporting.
Complete daily data entry using JDE, SharePoint, and Excel.
Develop thorough understanding of consumer goods regulations for US and Canada.
Review and research chargebacks for National Accounts and use this information to find potential non-conformances.
Distribute departmental reports for urgent findings and updates.
Coordinate with leadership to approve disposal of obsolete or damaged inventory.
Adapt to new projects as department needs require and be willing to learn new skills.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications
Must have basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong Excel abilities.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Requires effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and/or facts and recommendations effectively.
Ability to confidently and professionally interact with all levels of personnel required.
Solid mathematical aptitude.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.
2 years of administrative experience required; 3 or more years preferred.
Any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
