Our client, located in Tampa, Florida, is looking to bring on a Project Planner for a short term contract.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for the contract bid during the planning phase
Ensure a full and detailed understanding of the customer requirements (including resource and material identification)
Utilize custom software to create tasks and activities
Effective relationship building with the client and the client’s agents
Required Skills:
3 yrs. relevant experience, including project management, planning and scheduling
Background or experience in Navy maintenance or production shipyard would be an asset
Strong computer skills and experience using IT systems as well as MS project
