Laboratory Services Supervisor ($10,000 Sign On Bonus)

We are currently hiring for a full time LABORATORY SERVICES MANAGER to work rotating shifts within our Laboratory Services Department.

Compensation Range:

$97,000 - $156,000 per year

Sign on Bonus of $10,000

Compensation package is based on your specific qualifications for the role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or a closely related field.
  • Current and unrestricted MT/CLS/MLS certification (ASCP), or equivalent.
  • Minimum five years of experience working in a clinical laboratory, ideally in a hospital setting.

Position Overview:

The Laboratory Services Manager provides leadership and assumes delegated responsibility for oversight of day to day operations and assigned personnel within the Clinical Laboratory. This role supports the Director by using independent judgment and discretion to manage personnel, support positive staff relations, and ensure safe and efficient operations while remaining budget focused. This position also acts as a service coordinator, change agent and advocate for excellence in line with Aspen Valley Hospital’s Core Values.
