Position Requirements
- Minimum one-year experience in Accounting.
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- ERP system experience required
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up on issues.
- Proficient Excel knowledge.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team.
- Organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to achieve goals independently.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Manually voucher and auto match invoices from vendors in an accurate and timely manner. o Utilize Admin matching tool and make proper adjustments to matches as necessary
- Complete payment reconciliations and corresponding journal entries to ensure payments in Intacct are reconciled to bank disbursements or credit card payments.
- Complete remittances per vendor specifications and communicate to vendors in a timely manner. o Investigate and resolve statement/invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Research and resolve routine and non-routine inquiries related to Accounts Payable. o Escalate issues as needed.
- Audit vendor statements and invoices for accuracy. o Provide supported recommendations for write-offs.
- Voucher non-inventory invoices as requested.
- Complete ACH/Wire disbursement setup with financial institution.
- Adhere to month end cutoffs to ensure accurate reporting for month end close.
- Research and provide support documentation for audits.
- Participate in physical inventories as assigned.
- Experience level: Entry Level
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Education: Bachelors
- Enterprise Application Support (1 year of experience is required)
