Position Summary & Job Description

With a future focused on growth, we are looking for a Executive Assistant to add to our dynamic team. Successful candidates in this position have had the ability to contribute to our company’s growth in a competitive and rewarding environment that is focused on professional development through various business opportunities. More specifically, the responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Direct and execute the preparation, circulation and review of high-value contractual agreements in a collaborative environment
  • Completion of department specific reporting and from time to time special or confidential projects for senior executives and investors
  • Oversee required record management for multiple departments
  • White glove level support for senior executives and investors on various projects, often within specific time-frames
  • Other various administrative related tasks as may be required by a particular department within the company

Qualifications, skills, and abilities

· Bachelor’s degree

· At least 3 years similar experience in a professional setting

· Competitive and success driven mindset

· Ability to manage multiple projects and workflows concurrently within strict timelines

· Superior interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written

· Proficiency within the Microsoft suite of products

· Excellent organization and time management skills

· Commitment to continuous learning and improvement

· Ability to work in a collaborative environment

Compensation ($25.00 per hour)
