Delos is looking for a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team developing next generation IoT solutions for healthier buildings. Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with software developers, system operators, and other IT staff members to manage code releases.
Develop, test, and maintain cloud infrastructure
Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and availability.
Troubleshoot issues across the entire stack - hardware, software, application, and network.
Ensure security best practices are followed throughout the development and deployment processes.
Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of applications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS
Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, etc.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
Knowledge of version control systems (such as Git), CI/CD tools, and configuration management tools.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with infrastructure automation and management tools.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and container orchestration.
Collaborative approach to product development, able to work well with cross-functional hardware and software teams
