Data Entry Specialist - Remote | WFH

Location: Initial training will be onsite in North Austin/Lakeline, transitioning to a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

What You'll Need

Microsoft Office Proficiency: Intermediate skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of basic Excel formulas, pivot tables, and Outlook organization is a plus.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with remote client teams.

Multi-tasking Ability: Essential for meeting deadlines and delivering excellent client service during policy renewals.

Attention to Detail: Crucial for ensuring accuracy in client invoicing.

Research Aptitude: Willingness to investigate and find information as needed.
