We are seeking a meticulous and organized Freelance Data Coordinator to support our audiobook production and distribution efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, contributing to the smooth operation of our projects.
Responsibilities:
Collect, organize, and maintain audiobook metadata, including titles, authors, narrators, genres, and release dates.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data across various platforms and databases.
Collaborate with production, marketing, and distribution teams to gather and verify data.
Assist in the preparation and submission of data for audiobook platforms and retailers.
Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Generate and distribute regular data reports to internal stakeholders.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices for audiobook metadata.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data management or a related field.
Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with the audiobook industry or publishing is a plus.
Experience with data management tools and software is a plus.
