We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Creative Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage resources, mitigate risks, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with various teams to establish project schedules and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Continuously monitor and adjust project plans to accommodate changes and ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
• Proactively manage client expectations and cultivate strong, long-term relationships.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements without compromising quality.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and change requests.
• Generate regular status reports for clients and internal stakeholders, summarizing project progress, milestones achieved, and upcoming tasks.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve project management methodologies.
• Identify and engage relevant stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Establish clear lines of communication and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are understood and addressed.
• Manage stakeholder feedback and incorporate it into project planning and execution.
• Identify and engage external vendors or subcontractors as needed for project execution.
• Evaluate vendor capabilities, negotiate contracts, and establish service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus).
