Our client, an asset management firm based in New York, NY, is seeking an individual to assist with developing a first-class corporate travel program firmwide. This individual will be required to assess the current travel program and institute changes that align with senior management’s strategic vision. Responsibilities include renegotiating travel contracts with air, hotel, ground, and rail vendors as well as analyzing employee travel and associated expenses and develop reporting to senior management. Candidates must have at least three years of prior experience in Corporate Services from a large financial institution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of Corporate Services related experience.
Strong knowledge/experience with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) and collaborate with third party vendors and internal stakeholders and management.
Strong understanding of operational processes for travel, including expense management.
