Supports relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders Significant Experience in Ladder Logic, Safety PLC programming, and HMI design Experience in Allen Bradley software Studio/RS Logix 5000, FactoryTalk View Studio, and RSLinx Classic/OEM.

Position Summary We are seeking a Lead Controls Engineer (EE) like you to join our team here at Bridgestone! The Lead Controls Engineering position researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. The Lead Electrical Engineer will be a part of our Corporate Engineering function, otherwise known as Process Systems Development (PSD). A Lead Professional position is a recognized subject matter expert in a job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Problems faced are difficult and often complex.

The Lead Controls Engineer will be a part of our Corporate Engineering function, otherwise known as Process Systems Development (PSD). The PSD team works cross-functionally with safety, production, and plant engineering across our tire manufacturing site locations in North, Central and South America. At Bridgestone we work as one team. This PSD group is the highest tier of corporate engineering we have within our Bridgestone Americas Manufacturing Group.
