Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Own the sourcing of quality candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, social media, recruiting database, recruiting events, etc.).
  • Track the candidate application process from start to finish, documenting candidate activity in our applicant tracking system.
  • Interview qualified candidates to determine organizational fit as well as appropriate technical, professional experience and holds required medical licensures.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with clinical hiring managers to understand their unique hiring needs and goals.
  • Timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Offer an exceptional candidate experience by going beyond the job description during phone screens to provide deeper insight into how the position fits within the candidate's respective skill set as well as how the position works within the company.
  • Plans and attends various recruitment functions for the organization including job fairs, open houses, college recruitment fairs, and national conferences.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge and compliance with federal and state employment laws and guidelines.
  • Serve as a passionate and knowledgeable MAP/CARMA ambassador to candidates.

Secondary Functions:

  • Ability to anticipate areas of need based on overall observations and interactions with hiring managers
  • Adheres and upholds all company core values, policies, procedures, business ethics codes, information security policies, and HIPPA requirements/guidelines
  • Stewards all company resources appropriately
  • Performs other related duties or completes special projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills And Knowledge Requirements

  • Experience with and knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection, and candidate assessment techniques.
  • Demonstrated successful experience directly soliciting passive candidates via the phone or have related inside sales experience.
  • Driven to achieve and outperform, continuously looking for improvements, and accepts responsibility for actions and results.
  • Demonstrated success working independently, developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships, and managing multiple tasks that meet or exceed deadlines with minimal direction.
  • Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to understand stakeholders and anticipate their needs and prioritize satisfaction.
  • Ability to identify and assess challenges using critical thinking, data collection methods, analysis, experience, and judgment to identify and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • High level of proficiency using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel, and Applicant Tracking Systems/databases

Educational And/or Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of relevant full cycle clinical recruitment experience are required.
  • Experience in supporting health care clients is a plus.
  • Experience in the behavioral health care space is preferred, especially if you have experience and/or working knowledge of the behavioral health and substance use disorder landscape.
  • Recruiting for roles within the heath care tech space highly desirable.
