Skills Required - Route and Switch expertise with SD-WAN focus. Able to understand and implement configurations and provide first-level troubleshooting support. Provide mentoring and support to assigned Day2 resources
Responsibilities - Support each migration during the cut window. The expectation would be for each resource to drive the migration until we have standard proven MOPs in place for each migration type and the Day2 resources felt comfortable completing the migrations. These resources would then provide the first level of troubleshooting support if any issues were encountered.
