Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management Lead to join our team. As the Change Management Lead, you will play a critical role in driving organizational change initiatives and ensuring successful adoption of changes across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and communication campaigns that minimize resistance and maximize employee engagement and readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives, projects, and programs.
  • Lead change management efforts by applying industry best practices and methodologies to assess change impacts, develop change management plans, and facilitate change adoption.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and stakeholders to define change management objectives, scope, and success criteria for projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct change readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, and impact assessments to identify potential risks, barriers, and resistance to change.
  • Develop and deliver engaging communication and training materials, including presentations, newsletters, FAQs, and user guides, to promote awareness and understanding of changes and foster employee engagement and buy-in.
  • Facilitate change management workshops, focus groups, and training sessions to build change management capabilities and support change champions and advocates.
  • Provide coaching and support to project teams, leaders, and managers to effectively lead and manage change at the team and individual level.
  • Monitor and track change adoption metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of change management initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and change agents to ensure alignment, collaboration, and support for change initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in change management to continuously improve change management processes and practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Change Management Lead or Change Management Consultant, with a track record of successfully leading change initiatives in complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices, such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, or similar frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple change initiatives concurrently and deliver results within tight timelines.
  • Collaborative and adaptive leadership style, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Change management certification(s) preferred (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, CCMP - Certified Change Management Professional).
