Job Duties:
- Operate within budget and identify new ways to develop operations
- Enter and review payroll
- Oversee staff training, coaching, and development
- Oversee all FOH (Front of House) café operations
- Assist with employee meetings and reviews
- Enforce staff compliance with uniforms and appearance
- Manage staff compliance with proper sanitation and cleanliness
- Associate's Degree in Hospitality Management
- 2 years of foodservice experience, minimum 1 year at supervisory level
- Experience with scheduling, training, management, and staff development
- Knowledge of basic café operations, company policies and procedures
- Exceptional knowledge of cash handling and bank report reconciliation
- Experience performing safe audits and accounting compliance
- Must have reliable transportation
