Cafe (Food Service) Manager - Primrose (677 Table)

Job Purpose: The Food Service Manager oversees the essential operations and functions of the Front of House.

Job Duties:

  • Operate within budget and identify new ways to develop operations
  • Enter and review payroll
  • Oversee staff training, coaching, and development
  • Oversee all FOH (Front of House) café operations
  • Assist with employee meetings and reviews
  • Enforce staff compliance with uniforms and appearance
  • Manage staff compliance with proper sanitation and cleanliness

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Hospitality Management
  • 2 years of foodservice experience, minimum 1 year at supervisory level
  • Experience with scheduling, training, management, and staff development
  • Knowledge of basic café operations, company policies and procedures
  • Exceptional knowledge of cash handling and bank report reconciliation
  • Experience performing safe audits and accounting compliance
  • Must have reliable transportation
