Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify challenges, opportunities, and desired outcomes
Ensure stakeholders fully understand, and can interpret the data provided to them
Analyze business needs, define clear and actionable functional and technical requirements, and champion the development of solutions that deliver value
Query, analyze data, and present findings/recommendations to business stakeholders
Translate complex business requirements into easily understood technical specifications for developers, fostering seamless collaboration
Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all departments
Work closely with the development team throughout the entire project lifecycle, providing user insights and business context during design sessions and development sprints
Monitor and report project progress, with regards to objectives, timeframe, scope, quality, and ROI
Partner with development and testing teams to ensure the final product meets business goals and user expectations.
Understand the context in which data is used within the business, and match business requirements to the sources of data within systems
Remain up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends to inform future solutions.
Serve as a key system administrator for our Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) environment.
Troubleshoot reported production issues and escalate to Oracle Support as needed
Subject Matter Expert for project scoping, possible solutions, and level of effort
Continuous review of OFSC user experiences and setting and implementing optimization opportunities.
Review OFSC feature release documentations to identify features to implement, review with key stakeholders, or features that are being depreciated affecting business processes.
Assist in other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with business process modeling tools (a plus)
Experience with data analysis tools (a plus)
Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Power BI or similar analysis tools
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
