Roles & Responsibilities
Directly supervise and be accountable for all aspects of Retreat operations with
The manager is on duty when the AM manager is off duty.
Must be able to cover front desk shifts and work ALL PMs
Reach personal as well as Team goals
Coach Team Members to achieve peak performance
Create a positive Team environment that is passionate about providing Guest service
Exceed set sales quotas
Qualifications
MUST HAVE MEMBERSHIP SALES and STRONG ADMIN SKILLS
MUST BE SALES-DRIVEN WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD!
Must Have Spa Culture Experience
MUST HAVE Working knowledge of Zenoti or similar spa computer software
Minimum 2-5 Years Of Sales And Retail Management Experience
Experience in managing hourly wage employees
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
People-oriented with strong Guest service skills and public relations
Industry knowledge and experience
Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution
Recommended Pay: $40,000 base salary with monthly commissions and annual bonus
Hours: 40-45 hours per week, nights and weekends ONLY
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
