More Than a Job
We’re hiring for an Accounts Payable Coordinator in our New York City office. Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:
Full Cycle Accounts Payable
Support the firm’s Accounting Department in all areas and all offices as needed
Resolve invoice discrepancies
Participate in monthly closing functions
Account Analysis
Prepare and process quarterly use and commercial rent tax
Prepare and record journal entries
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Online Payables and Online Banking experience preferable
Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently
Experience with General Ledger
5 years’ experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work quickly and accurately
Strong attention to detail
