Are you a passionate and qualified Systemic Family Therapist looking to make a real impact?

We are excited to invite applications for a Band 7 Systemic Family Therapist to join our thriving Children and Young People’s Mental Health Service (CYPMH) in West Cheshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team and help establish the psychodynamic offer within the service, further strengthening our approach to supporting young people and their families.

  • Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based systemic interventions for children, young people (0-18) and their families experiencing a range of mental health difficulties.
  • Play a key role in developing and implementing the psychodynamic offer within the service, collaborating with colleagues from various disciplines.
  • Provide support and contribute your expertise to the existing family therapy clinic.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives.

CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care – including the provision of three GP surgeries.
