Job Title: Social Worker - Triage Team

Location: Birmingham, UK

Position Type: Full-time, Part-time options available

Salary: Up to £25.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

We are seeking motivated and compassionate Social Workers to join our Triage Team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for newly qualified professionals as well as those with up to 2 years plus experience to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting triage assessments to identify immediate needs and risks for individuals and families.

Providing crisis intervention and support to individuals in distress.

Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

Advocating for clients and facilitating access to appropriate services and resources.

Requirements

A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma in Social Work).

Registration with Social Work England.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with children and families is desirable but not essential.
