As a PMO Officer, you will:

• Support the Project Management Officer team in executing Program Management Office activities, including preparing reports, taking meeting notes, compiling presentations, and more.
• Contribute to identifying process and tooling gaps and work on improving them.
• Provide daily (ad hoc) support to the Program Management Office.
• Set up project structures in various tools.
• Perform adherence and template checks.
  
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• An associate's or bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of professional experience.
• Interest or education in project and program management.
• Proficiency with various MS Office applications, particularly intermediate/advanced Excel and SharePoint.
• Fluent in English.
