E-Commerce Manager

As the E-commerce Manager, you will be an integral part of the Growth Team at HelloPrint. Your mission is to curate an exceptional product portfolio, set competitive price levels, and craft unforgettable online shopping experiences. You're not just accountable for sales figures and conversion rates; you're also responsible for the overall happiness of our customers within your category. In doing so this role enables you to develop yourself in aspects such as marketing, pricing, business development, buying and conversion optimization.

This role is your ticket to a steep learning curve, transforming you into a top-tier category manager in the industry. You'll directly report to the Chief Marketing Officer on critical KPIs such as Revenue, Gross Profit Margin, New Customer Conversion, and NPS (Net Promoter Score).

Yet, at HelloPrint, we're not bound by hierarchy; we encourage a flat structure. You'll have the chance to share your groundbreaking ideas directly with our CFO & CEO. This level of responsibility might seem challenging, but it's why our E-commerce Managers grow into more significant roles early in their careers.

What you do

• You understand the propositions (in pricing, product range, content, and many other aspects) of all our important competitors and you design a product plan that is the best out there;
• You collaborate with our Marketing team to drive volume within your region or product category;
• You keep pace with market trends, including the addition of sustainable products;
• You bring new products to market based on market gaps, research, and proposed product requirements;
• You continuously assess the performance of products and producers;
• You develop and implement best practices and tools for effective product execution and management.
  
  

What we're looking for

• 1 years experience working in a similar commercial or marketing role;
• You have a deep understanding that products must sell, and a readiness to pivot when necessary;
• A pragmatic, no-nonsense attitude with an eye for detail and critical thinking;
• A performance-driven mindset. You always aim to exceed expectations;
• You have the capability to translate strategic insights into actionable plans;
• You have the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
