Qualifications
Previous CTO experience in start-up/scale-up.
Previous experience leading back-end and front-end developers.
Previous experience setting up the full tech infrastructure for a B2B SaaS company.
Experience with deep data analysis in the climate transition space.
Background in top university and leading tech firm required.
Bonus points: experience with GHG accounting/reporting.
Bonus points: experience with ML models on top of satellite imagery.
Reward structure
First year generous equity package.
Post year one equity management fee.
