Responsibilities Of The Role

Account receivable tasks:

• Process daily bank accounts
• Create new clients in the administrative system and set up credit limits
• Follow-up overdues and organize monthly credit committees
• Release sales orders in SAP
  
  

Account payable tasks:

• Process all supplier invoices into the bookkeeping system.
• Set payments ready to approve in the payment system
  
  

Other administrative tasks:

• Validate T&E expenses in our local system
• Validate intercompany invoices
• Provide documents for internal audits / external audits
  
  

Candidate's Profile

• Education: Degree in Accounting
• Languages: Dutch and English fluent, French is a plus
• Professional experience & know how: Relevant experience in Accounting
• Technical & management skills: Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
• Personal & interpersonal skills: Ability to manage deadlines, team working, autonomy, and good sense of organization
