Job Overview: Astronergy Solar is seeking an experienced Distribution Sales Manager to lead all sales activities and drive the growth of our distribution business in Malaysia, Cambodia, and Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will develop, maintain, and expand Astronergy Solar’s customer network in these regions, organize events, and promote Astronergy Solar products to increase sales revenue and market share. This position is mainly responsible for Astronergy Solar’s distribution business in Malaysia, Cambodia, and Sri Lanka.

Position: Sales Manager / 销售经理

Division: Responsible for the distribution business in Malaysia, Cambodia, and Sri Lanka / 业务组:负责马来西亚,柬埔寨,斯里兰卡分销业务

Location: Flexible, with some domestic and international travel and social experience preferred / 办公地点:灵活安排,有一定的国内外出差和应酬经验者优先

Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责:

  • Maintain existing distributor partners and business, collect and organize reasonable demand forecasts for distribution orders, ensure order delivery and payment collection. / 维护现有分销商伙伴及分销业务,对分销订单进行合理的需求预测收集整理,保障订单的交付以及货款的催收。
  • Execute company sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets, including but not limited to sales volume, market share, and profit indicators. / 执行公司制定的销售策略及计划,完成销售目标,包括但不限于销量、市场份额、利润指标等
  • Identify, screen, and explore business cooperation opportunities among the top ten local distributors in the target market. / 从目标市场当地排名前十的经销商中识别、筛选、挖掘业务合作机会。
  • Actively develop potential customers, expand the distributor network, and maintain sales channels in the CRM system. / 积极开发潜在客户,扩大经销商网络并在CRM系统中维护销售渠道。
  • Work closely with technical and marketing teams to support the development of distributors and channel partners, and support customer needs to boost sales. / 与技术和市场团队紧密合作,支持经销商和渠道合作伙伴的发展,支持客户需求以提升销量。
  • Regularly represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences, organize roadshows, webinars, meetings, and training sessions with market and technical teams. / 定期代表公司参加行业展览会和会议,与市场、技术等团队一起组织路演、网络研讨会、会议和培训等客户活动。


Requirements / 任职要求:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 1 year of experience in the photovoltaic industry. / 本科及以上学历,至少1年以上光伏行业工作经验。
  • Excellent communication skills, outgoing and lively personality. / 具有良好的沟通能力,性格活泼外向。
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence colleagues and interact with other team members. / 较强的人际交往能力,能够影响同事并与团队其他成员互动。
  • Solid experience with MS Office and CRM systems. / 扎实的MS Office和CRM经验。
  • Outstanding analytical, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. / 出色的分析、倾听、谈判和表达能力
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. / 较强的口头和书面沟通能力。
  • Fluent in English, other local languages are a plus. / 英语流利,其他当地语言优先考虑。
  • Result-oriented, customer-focused, with a proactive attitude. / 以结果为导向,以客户为导向,有寻找的态度。
  • Willingness to travel frequently (over 50% of the time). / 愿意经常出差(50%以上的时间)。
